KAMIENNA GÓRA SEPCIAL ECONOMIC ZONE FOR MEDIUM AND SMALL BUSINESS
The Kamienna Góra Special Economic Zone for Medium and Small Business was established for 20 years by virtue of the Act on Special Zones of 20 October 1994. The enity managinig the Zones is Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna Małej Przedsiębiorczości SA with its seat in Kamienna Góra. Air communication is guaranteed via the airports in Wrocław, Prague, Dresden. A well developed railway network provides easy access to the Zone. The Zone is dispresed and consists of three subzones with a total area of 250,96 ha, includnig: Kamienna Góra Subzone – 118,91 ha, Nowogrodziec Subzone – 124,21 ha, Jawor Subzone – 7,84 ha. The areas comprised in the Zone are diversfied, have well-developed communication networks and access to all utilities thereby providng good conditions for choosing sites investments projects. Advantages of the Zone: technical infrastructure provided, well-developed communication network, rich in natural resources, system of tax reliefs incentives, well-qualified staff, well-developed educational system.
